With the application of the information technology in the organization, the role stress of the IT professionals has increasingly become critical. This paper adopted the empirical study and analyzed the impact of role stress to IT professionals＇ attitude v,,hich including job satisfaction and organization commitment in the IT industry. Based on the data, we found that role ambiguity and role overload have positive impact on job satisfaction and organization commitment, and role conflict has a negative impact on them.
