随着国家实力增强,汉语国际传播既面临着前所未有的机遇,也面临一系列的挑战。汉语国际传播是增加国家软实力的重要途径,我们不仅要重视对外汉语教学技术的研究,也要重视汉语国际传播的宏观战略研究,因此从不同学科角度对汉语国际传播进行规划非常必要。从传播学视角研究语言学中的“语言”传播,即以语言为媒介把某类“语言”作为一种信息进行传播,对传播的诸要素包括传播主体、传播客体、传播渠道、传播内容、传播效果进行分析,在此基础上,制定更加积极适用的对外语言传播政策,提高语言传播能力,丰富汉语国际传播的研究路径和方法。
