基于球磨机筒体的振动机理,提出了一种新的料位特征量.首先对球磨机筒体内料位分布的特点进行了分析,给出了球磨机简体上振动测点的布置方案.同时针对简体上振动信号采集的特点,开发了一套振动数据无线采集系统,确定了筒体振动信号的采集方法,并通过实验采集了不同给煤量工况下球磨机筒体与轴承座振动信号.然后根据料位与球磨机筒体及轴承座振动之间的关系对原始振动信号进行了滤波处理.最后从反映料位变化的敏感程度出发,比较了球磨机筒体与轴承座振动料位特征量.比较结果表明,相对于传统的料位特征量,筒体振动料位特征量更能灵敏地反映料位的变化,为实现料位的准确测量提供了可靠的依据.
A novel characteristic value of the fill level is presented based on the vibration mechanism of the mill shell. Firstly, the distribution characteristic of the fill level in the mill roller was ana- lyzed, and the arrangement scheme of the acceleration sensors on the mill shell was given. At the same time, aiming at the feature of collecting the vibration signal of mill shell, a set of signal acqui- sition system was designed, and the method of collecting vibration signals on the mill shell was con- firmed. The vibration signals of the mill shell and the beating housings with different coal feeder ca- ses were collected in experiment. Then the original vibration signals were filtered by the designed fil- ter based on the relation between the mill vibration and the fill level. Lastly, the feature value of the fill level of the mill shell was compared with that of the bearing housing according to the sensitivity of the fill level change. The result of this comparison reveals that the feature value of the fill level proposed in this paper present a higher sensitivity to the changes on the fill level compared with conventional feature value, which provides a reliable basis for the accurate measurement of the fill level.
