针对传统的纳米复合材料分散相粒度分布评价方法的不足,提出了一种以分形理论为数学模型基础,以纳米复合材料的TEM图像为评价对象的分散相粒度分布的定量评价方法。运用离散对象构成的自然分形体的分维建立了分散相粒度分布的数学模型,将纳米复合材料TEM图像进行图像处理得到简化粒度矩阵。以简化粒度矩阵的第一个元素为原点,提取不同步长以及该步长内所有元素的和,并在双对数坐标中直线拟合。
The traditional method to evaluate the size distribution of filling particles in polymer nano-composites is deficient,a quantitative description method was proposed to evaluate the size distribution of filling particles in polymer nano-compasites .The method based on fractals theory and evaluate the TEM image of polymer nano-compasites. The method improved filling particles size distribution model,get the simplified matrix from image processing. The method get the step and the sum of the element of this step. ,dispose the date with linear curve fitting,the slope of the line is the counting.
