根据现今汽车行业的质量标准,分析了汽车喷涂工艺过程中的实际工作条件,建立带约束条件的多目标优化问题的数学模型,并选取用时最短和漆膜厚度方差最小为目标函数,利用非劣排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)的优化方法,得到pareto最优解集。结果表明该优化算法能有效地解决多目标非线性约束优化问题。
The spray-painting robots has been widely applied in auto industry and the application research on painting engine becomes increasingly important in the theory and practice. According to material thickness distribution and trajectory, this paper discusses the optimal time and optimal material thickness of robotic spray painting. A genetic algorithm was advanced to solve the multi - objective optimization problem. The result show that we can control parameters to achieve the minimum time and minimum material thickness deviation.
