采用超音速等离子喷涂技术制备了铁基耐磨涂层,使用球盘式试验机进行了接触疲劳试验。在得到疲劳数据的基础之上,采用Weibull分布处理试验数据,得到了Weibull失效概率曲线图,通过该图可以直观地得到涂层的各种寿命参数,以及预测在同一应力水平和摩擦工况条件下,任意循环次数时涂层的接触疲劳失效概率。试验表明这种方法可以有效地表征和预测涂层的疲劳寿命。
Fe--based alloy coating was deposited by a supersonic plasma spraying device. The ball --and--disc tester was used to conduct contact fatigue experiments of the coating. Weibull distribution was used to deal with the life data, and Weibull plot was obtained. The life parameters of coating could be obviously abtained through Weibull plot. And the failure probability of random cycle was achieved by Weibull plot under identical contact stress and frictional condition. The result shows this method can be utilized to characterizate and predict the fatigue life of coating effectively.
