河南中马村煤矿已发生20多次煤与瓦斯突出,严重影响了该矿的安全生产。采用空心包体应力解除法对该矿煤与瓦斯突出区域进行了地应力测试,测试结果表明最大主应力大致在水平方向,最小主应力大致在铅直方向。采用ANSYS软件建立了该区域的有限元模型,以实测的地应力为作用面荷载,根据合理的边界条件得到了该区域煤层的主应力分布云图,分析了最大主应力对煤与瓦斯突出的影响。
Over 20 times of Coal and gas outbursts had taken place in Zhongmacun coal mine, Henan Province, and directly affected the safety in the mining production. In - situ stress measurement in the fields of coal and gas outburst at this mine was carried out by means of hollow inclusion gauge method. The results indicate that the maximum principal stress is approximately at the horizontal direction, the minimum principal stress is approximately at the vertical direction. A finite element model for the measured region was built using ANSYS software, and the measured in - situ stress which was taken as surface loads and reasonable boundary conditions were put on the model. The nephograms of principal stresses on the coal layer in the region were obtained by simulate the in - situ stress fields, and the effects of the maximum principal stress on coal and gas outbursts was analyzed.
