随着电动汽车产业发展,充电设施配套需求增加,为充电设施行业带来发展契机。针对充电服务产业链中充电运营商与土地业主等中间服务商合作的问题,引入分享经济理念,从资源共享的角度出发,构建充电设施运营商与中间服务商合作的博弈模型,考虑到双方的努力程度,研究其收益分享。结果表明:双方合作可以实现收益最大化;充电需求越大,充电运营商分得的收益越高,而土地租赁成本越高,商业场所分得的收益越大,因此双方都是愿意合作的;双方越努力,获得的收益越高,双方存在努力动因。双方选择合作策略,既可以实现资源的最大效用,又可以促进充电设施的建设。
With the rapid development of electric vehicle industry, the need on supporting facilities of e-lectric vehicles has increased. The paper builds up a cooperative model by charging facility operators and in-termediate service providers by using sharing economy theory from the perspective of resource sharing and finds the solutions by using Nash Bargaining Theory in accordance with the problems of charging facility operators and intermediate service providers like landowners in charging industry, and then modifies this model by taking efforts made by two parties into account to study revenue sharing, which all indicate that they can maximize their benefits if they cooperate with each other, and the more effort they make, the more revenue they earn. Besides, there exits the motivations of their efforts because charging facility operators can earn more profits if the charging demand is higher, and commercial places can achieve more earnings if the cost of land is higher, so they are willing to cooperate with each other. Thus this paper presents a cooperative strategy between these two parties, which can maximize utility of resources and promote the construction of charging facilities.
