对3种不同电流密度和3种不同电解质溶液浓度条件下,应用电沉积法修复钢筋混凝土裂缝。研究钢筋混凝土裂缝修复效果评价指标的变化规律,摸索了混凝土试件的修复深度随电流强度和电解质溶液浓度变化的经验公式。得出了电解质溶液中距离钢筋越近,电沉积反应越剧烈,并且沉积物最先在混凝土的裂缝处形成;混凝土试件的表面覆盖率随电流强度的增加和电解质溶液浓度的增大而增大,并且修复过程中,混凝土的质量在不断减小的结论。
Through the test of electrode position on reinforced concrete specimens with precasted crack,the variation of electro deposition effect for repair of concrete cracks under the conditions of three different current densities and different electrolyte solution concentrations was studied in the experiment.The general empirical formula of concrete specimen repair depth with the current intensity and the electrolyte solution concentration changed was concluded.The experimental results indicate that:the closer electrolyte solution near the steel rebar the stronger electric field intensity and reaction were,precipitation firstly appeared near the cathode;rate of specimen surface coating increased with the increase of current intensity and the concentration of electrolyte solution;quality of the concrete decreased during the repair process.
