农业现场图像信息采集是农作物长势和病虫害分析的重要手段。结合嵌入式技术与B/S架构,设计了1个采用高清晰图像传感器罗技Pr09000摄像头的低成本农业现场视频/图像快速采集系统,并对系统的体系结构、通信子系统、采集、压缩与传输子系统进行了详细设计。系统采用大功率WiFi和快速ARM平台$3C6410处理器,基于V4L2技术采集图像,采用JPEG图像数据压缩技术能够大大地减少传输数据量,使得视频传输更加流畅。试验结果表明,本系统传输640x480大小的图像到远程服务器的图像传输成功率在300m范围内可达到92%以上;在50nl内可达到视频20帧/秒以上,在300m的距离也能够达到6帧/秒以上的视频帧率,可以满足视频监控的需求。由于本方案基于ARM平台设计,成本低,易于集成应用,非常适于大范围农业上开展应用。
Agricultural field image information acquisition is an important way of crop growth and pest analysis. In this paper, a low- cost agricultural field camera video/image acquisition system was designed with high-resolution image sensor Logitech Pro9000 based on embedded technology and B/S architecture. The system architecture, communication sub-system, acquisition sub-system, data compression and transmission sub-system was designed in detail in this paper. The system embedded a high-power WiFi, fast ARM platform $3C6410 processor, V4L2 technology acquisition image and the JPEG image data compression technology to guarantee the ratio of video transmission. Experimental results showed that the system could reach more than 92% of the successful image transmission velocity for the transmission of a 640~480 image to a remote server within the distance of 300 m, and the transmission velocity achieved 20 frames per second within a distance of 50 m or more. It also could achieve more than 6 frames per second in the distance of 300 m. Since the program was based on the ARM platform, it was low cost.
