本文通过选取1996—2007年间加入世贸组织前后六年的蔬菜国别数据,实证分析了我国蔬菜的世界市场占有率发展趋势、出口市场结构及其目标市场定位的现状。分析表明,我国七大类蔬菜出口金额逐年增长,部分类别世界市场占有率在过去的12年间得到了很大的提高,出口额居世界前列。但是我国的主要目标市场仍然集中于日本和韩国等市场容量趋于饱和的国家,对那些市场容量潜力较大的目标市场不够重视。因此,本文认为要进一步提高我国的蔬菜世界市场占有率,除了要保持在传统市场中的绝对出口地位外,还应积极开拓那些进口市场空间巨大的国家和地区,进一步优化我国蔬菜出口目标市场结构。
With the country-specific data set over the period of 1996--2007, this paper empirically analyzes the development trend of world market share of China's vegetable, export market structure and the status of its target market positioning. The analysis shows that the export value of China's seven major vegetable has grown year by year, the world market share of some categories has been greatly increased in the past twelve years, and the total export is one of the largest in the world. However, the main target markets of China are still those countries like Japan and South Korea where the market capacity has been saturated, and potential markets with larger capacity have not been paid enough attention to. This paper argues that for the purpose of further enhancing China's market share in global vegetable market, in addition to main- taining export position in traditional markets, it is also critically important for us to expand markets in those countries and regions where large vegetable import demands still exist, and further optimize the market structure of target markets.
