英文摘要：

The paper,employing the data of energy utilization of 39 representative star-hotels in Anhui province from 2010 to2014,builds DEA model and Malmquist index to calculate and analyze,from the static and dynamic perspectives,energy uti-lization efficiency change and energy saving potential of star-hotels in the province. The results show that：From the staticpoint of view,the energy utilization efficiency of star-hotels in the province during the above period is still to be raised,ener-gy input and utilization should be adjusted and improved based on the amount of input reduction calculated by the value adop-tion of slack variable in the future. From the dynamic point of view,although some hotels increase energy utilization efficiencythrough technological progress,they also need to improve energy utilization efficiency and scale efficiency while achievingtechnological progress.
