目的了解天津市三甲医院心内科医护工作者职业倦怠情况并提出相关对策。方法采用便利抽样原则,选择天津市5家三甲医院心内科医护工作者集中开会的时间,以2015年9月以前在职人员为调查对象进行问卷调查。结果共发放问卷240份,收回234份;其中有效问卷219份,有效回收率为91.25%。医务工作者中具有良好工作状态的为53.4%,具有一定程度倦怠的为34.7%,而具有重度倦怠的为12.8%。在情绪衰竭上,不同婚姻状况、年龄、职称、月收入医护工作者差异有统计学意义;在去个性化上,不同性别、年龄、职称、工作年限、月收入医护工作者差异有统计学意义;在成就感衰落上,不同性别、年龄、学历、职称、工作年限、月收入医护工作者差异有统计学意义。结论受调查人员在职业倦怠方面有近半数的人员存在轻度职业倦怠,针对轻度倦怠向重度倦怠转变的应予以重点防治。
[Objective]To understand the job burnout among medical workers in cardiology department of third grade class A hospitals in Tianjin,put forward the related countermeasures. [Methods]By using the convenience sampling principle,medical workers from 5 third grade class A hospitals in Tianjin,who were in service before September 2015,were investigated by the questionnaire during a meeting. [Results]Totally 234 of 240 questionnaires were returned,and 219 were effective questionnaire with the rate of 91.25%. 53.4% of medical workers were in the good working condition,34.7% had the job burnout at a certain degree,and 12.8% suffered from severe burnout. The differences in the emotional exhaustion were statistically significant among different groups in marital status,age,professional title,monthly income. There were statistically significant differences in the depersonalization among different groups in gender,age,professional title,working year,monthly income. The differences in the achievement decline were statistically significant among different groups in gender,age,education level,professional title,working year,monthly income.[Conclusion]Nearly half of respondents have the mild occupational burnout,and it is important to prevent the change from mild burnout to severe burnout.
