前期研究发现,铒、锆可提高铝合金的耐热性能,在此基础上,针对AT3合金的性能要求,开发了Al-Er-x Zr系列超耐热合金。研究表明,Al-Er-x Zr合金具有很好的导电和耐热性能,经时效后,其90%强度保持温度可达到300℃。通过热处理,Al-0.04Er-0.05Zr导电率可达60%IACS以上,在210℃下,可长期使用,满足AT3合金的性能要求。
Based on the previous research that erbium and zirconium can improve heat resistance of aluminum alloy,Al-Er-x Zr heat-resistant alloys were developed for the performance requirement of AT3 alloy.Results show that the Al-Er-x Zr alloys have good electroconductivity and heat resistance,and the temperature for keeping 90% retained tensile strength of the aged alloys is 300 ℃.The conductivity of Al-0.04Er-0.05 Zr alloy after heat treatment is more than 60% IACS,and can maintain this level for a long-term at 210 ℃ which can meet the performance requirement of AT3 alloy.
