英文摘要：

The technology diffusion between companies based on the strategic network faces the decision of returns and risk. Moreover, with different strategic networks, the way and impact of strategic network are also different. This paper analyzes three kind of strategic networks, which include ＂platform＂, ＂supply chain＂ and ＂alliance＂, and the achievement of the balance of benefits and costs on both sides, with the game theory method. The influence of strategic networks would separately strengthen the cooperation intention, increase the cost of technology protection and decrease the cost of negotiation when there＇ s inconsistence of cooperation intention. It puts a case for example of the promotion of strategic network to technology diffusion. The conclusion is expected to give reference of technology innovation within a network.
