疲劳过度联合高脂单笼饲养建立小猪脾虚痰浊证模型的初步研究

目的:探讨巴马小型猪脾虚痰浊证模型的造模与评价方法,并观察模型持续时间。方法:选取9月龄雄性去势普通级小型猪8只,施以每日冲刺跑步训练联合高脂单笼饲养干预,造模中每日对巴马小型猪进行模型评分(包括:等待喂食行为、皮毛色泽、口色、粪便性状);并分别测量生命体征(耳温、心率、呼吸频率、收缩压、舒张压)及形体指标(体质量、体长、腹围、臀宽)。结果:高脂单笼饲养联合跑步干预4周后,小猪开始有脾虚痰浊证的表现:等待喂食变得反应淡漠,粪便稀溏;第8周时,等待进食行为淡漠、皮毛不泽、口色淡白、粪便稀溏,具备了脾虚痰浊证模型表现,模型评分明显高于造模前(P〈0.05)且趋于稳定。停止跑步干预后,高脂单笼饲养至第14周时,小猪脾虚痰浊证表现持续存在,但粪便变成球形便。形体指标显示脾虚痰浊模型小猪生长迅速,较同月龄正常小猪明显肥胖。冲刺跑步造模期内,小猪的耳温增高、呼吸频率增快;停止跑步后,耳温下降、呼吸减慢。造模期内,小猪心率、血压未见明显变化。但脾虚痰浊模型小猪耳温、呼吸、心率、血压,明显高于同月龄正常小猪,提示脾虚痰浊模型小猪处于高代谢状态。结论:疲劳过度联合高脂单笼饲养4周后,小猪开始出现脾虚痰浊证表现,造模8周后成功复制小猪脾虚痰浊证模型,且模型持续时间至少6周。

英文摘要:

Objective: To explore the modeling and evaluation methods of mini-pig model of spleen deficiency with phlegm-turbidity syndrome and then observe time remaining in model. Methods: Eight male emasculated ordinary grade miniature pigs,9months old,were fed a high-fat diet separately and excess fatigue. The mini-pigs were graded on their behavior including behavior of waiting for being fed,color of fur,color of oral cavity,excrement character. Their vital signs( ear temperature,heart rate,respiratory rate,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure) and feature of body shapes( weight,height,abdominal perimeter,hip breadth) were observed and measured during the experiments. Results: After 4 weeks of intervention of excess fatigue combined high-fat feeding separately,the Bama mini-pigs began to manifest as spleen deficiency with phlegm-turbidity syndrome: eating indifference and loose stools. Until the 8th week,the pigs had the following performances: eating indifference,a poor glossiness of skin,oral cavity with pale white color and loose stools,which reflected spleen deficiency with phlegm-turbidity syndrome and the scores were significantly higher than that of before modeling( P〈0. 05) and tended to be stable. After stopping the intervention of running,until the 14 th week of high-fat feeding separately,the pigs' manifestations of spleen deficiency with phlegm-turbidity syndrome continued. However,the dung was into a ball. Feature of body shapes showed that the pigs grew quickly and a more obvious obesity than the pigs with months of age( P〈0. 05). In the period of sprint,the ear temperature and respiratory rate increased while stopping running they slowed. During the period of modeling,heart rate and blood pressure did not change significantly. However,the vital signs' data of mini-pig of spleen deficiency with phlegm-turbidity syndrome was significantly higher than that of normal pigs with months of age,which showed the former being in high metabolic state.
