在深入分析水泥水化、矿物掺合料二次水化以及混凝土碳化机理的基础上,对混凝土碳化理论模型中的重要参数——完全碳化时单位体积混凝土吸收二氧化碳的量m0进行了分析,提出了以水胶比、胶凝材料用量、粉煤灰、矿渣、硅灰掺量等为主要参数的计算公式,建立了复掺矿物掺合料混凝土碳化深度预测模型,经验证模型计算值与试验结果吻合较好.
Based on the hydration of cement,the second-hydration of minerals and concrete carbonation,the model parameter mo i.e. the CO_2 quantity Absorbed by unit volume of concrete is analyzed in this paper. The calculation formula of mo is established in which the water-cement ratio,the amount of cementitious material,and fly ash,slag,silica fume content are the main parameters. A theoretical model of carbonation depth of concrete with multi-mineral admixtures is presented and the results calculated by the model agree well with the test results.
