通过乙酰水杨酸(ASA)分别与噻菌灵、三唑醇和噁霉灵3种杀菌剂拼接,合成了未见文献报道的ASA-噻菌灵、ASA-三唑醇、ASA-噁霉灵的藕合物,并以未藕合的3种杀菌剂为对照,测定了3种藕合物对水稻纹枯病菌Rhizoctonia solani的室内毒力;以水杨酸(SA)为对照,测定了ASA-噁霉灵藕合物对大豆叶片过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。结果表明,3种杀菌剂与ASA藕合后,杀菌毒力与藕合前的相当,同时还具有类似SA诱导植物POD活性升高的特性。
The conjugates of acetylsalicylic acid(ASA) with thiabendazole,triadimenol and hymexazol were synthesized.These conjugates had higher toxicities against Rhizoctonia solani than the initial fungicides.Comparison with SA,the ASA-hymexazol conjugate was applied to soybean foliages to evaluate whether the conjugate could induce the increase of the activity of peroxidase The results showed the ASA-hymexazol conjugate had the similar inducing POD activity to SA in soybean foliages.
