探讨亚甲基兰对水体修复植物水网藻的光化学胁迫作用.结果表明,在低浓度(≤1μmol·L^-1)时,对水网藻有轻微抑制作用.当浓度大于1μmol·L^-1时,会对藻产生不可逆的损伤.且随浓度的增大而加重.同时,细胞内N、P含量随浓度的增大呈下降趋势;而H2O2的含量呈增大趋势.说明了亚甲基兰对水网藻的生理功能及酶系统等都产生了影响.
Photochemical plants for water was analyzed has a light inhibition to stress of MB on Hydrodictyon reticulatum as a kind of The result showed that low concentration of MB ( CMS the growth of hydrodictyon reticulatum , High concentration phytoremediating ≤ 1 μmol · L^- 1 ) ( CMB 〉 1 μmol · L^-1 ) can result in a irretrievable damage to hydrodictyon reticulatum. Degree of damage was varied with content of MB, content of phosphorus in cell was varied negatively with concentration of MB, whereas values of H2O2 in cell was changed positively with content of MB. The results indicated that MB affect algal physiological function , enzyme systems and so on.
