介绍一种用于功能性便秘治疗的肛直肠肌功能生物反馈系统的研制。该系统具有高性能的肌电放大器,良好的电气隔离保护,并采用了即插即用、方便快捷的USB接口同PC机相连接,实现数据的采集、存储和显示,该系统将肛门括约肌的活动信息反馈给便秘患者,指导其进行自我调节,从而起到治疗效果。实验结果证实,该治疗系统对于"肛门痉挛"引起的出口梗阻性便秘具有较好的疗效。
In this paper, a biofeedback system for the treatment of functional constipation is introduced. In the system, high performance electromyogram amplifiers are designed. Reliable electrical isolation is also realized. The lower part of the system is connected to the host computer by USB connector with the characteristic of plug-and-play. By the software developed on PC , the system realizes the functions of data acquisition,storage and display. The system can feed the information of anal sphincter back to the constipation sufferer and guide patients to perform self-adjustment, thus reaching good curative effect. Experiment results approved the effectivenesss of the system for functional constipation caused by anal convulsion.
