以硅烷偶联剂(KH550)作为改性剂,利用正交试验确定了修饰零维纳米坡缕石颗粒的较佳工艺条件:偶联剂用量1%,改性温度60℃,改性时间60min。经修饰后的油溶性坡缕石颗粒能均匀、稳定地分散于纯基础油(150N)中,油液为棕黄色透明液体,24h之内不出现明显沉淀。
The optimal conditions of zero-dimensional nano-palygorskite modification by silane coupling agent (KH550) were confirmed through orthogonal experiments:dosage of coupling agent 1%, modification temperature 60℃ and modification time 60min. The modified oil-soluble palygorskite could be dispersed evenly and steadily in pure base oil (150N). The oil was brownish-yellow,transparent liquid and not occur obvious sediment for 24h.
