研究了超临界CO2提取青蒿素的工艺,考察了粒度、压力、温度、时间、CO2流量等影响因素.以萃取率为目标,综合考虑产品收率,优化了超临界萃取工艺条件,得到较佳的操作条件:萃取压力20MPa,萃取温度50℃,每千克原料CO2质量流量1kg/h,分离器Ⅰ的温度为60℃,压力为14MPa.在优化条件下萃取4h,萃取率达到95%以上,萃取物纯度在15%以上。
The supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) of artemisinin was studied using ground Artemisia annua L. as raw material and CO2 as solvent. The effect of operation conditions on the extraction yield was analyzed in a series of experiments at temperatures between 313 and 333 K and pressures between 15. 2 and 29. 7 MPa and humidity of raw material between 2. 5% and 11.3%. Furthermore, the effect of CO2 flow rate and particle size of raw material was studied in the range of 0. 162 to 1. 968 kg/h and 40 to 80 meshes. The optimum conditions were pressure of 20 MPa, temperature of 323 K, a solvent ratio of 1 kg of CO2 per kg of raw material, and particle size of 60~80 mesh. For high yield of artemisinin, the operating conditions of the separator Ⅰ were that the temperature was 323 K and the pressure was 20 MPa. In these conditions, the extraction yield was more than 95% and the purity of artemisinin of the extract was 15% for extraction time of 4 h.
