戊型肝炎(HE)是由戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)引起的病毒性肝炎,是一种重要的人兽共患传染病,呈全球分布,严重危害人体健康和动物养殖业健康发展。HEV有4种基因型(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型),但HEV只有1种血清型,因此应用HE疫苗进行免疫预防是最为经济、有效、可行的防控手段。迄今HEV尚不能在体外细胞中进行稳定的大量培养,从而阻碍了HEV灭活疫苗和弱毒疫苗的研制,目前HE疫苗研究重点方向是基因工程疫苗的研发。论文就4种HE基因工程疫苗(重组HEV样颗粒疫苗、重组蛋白疫苗、核酸疫苗和转基因植物可食疫苗)的研究进展做一综述。
Hepatitis E(HE) is a viral hepatitis caused by hepatitis E virus(HEV).It is a new important zoonotic infectious diseases which occurred in recent years,globally distributed,seriously harmed theful to health of people and the health development of animal breeding.There are four kinds of HEV genotype(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ type),but only one HEV serotype.So HE vaccine immunization is the most economical,effective and feasible prevention means for HE control.HEV still can not be stably cultured in vitro,thus impeding the development of HEV inactivated vaccine and attenuated vaccine.Now HE vaccine research focuses in research and development of genetic engineering vaccine.In this paper,the research progress of four kinds of HE genetic engineering vaccines(recombinant HEV-like particles vaccine,recombinant protein vaccine,DNA vaccine and transgenic plant edible vaccine) were reviewed.
