英文摘要：

From the perspective of the rural basic unit, this article analyzes the supplies condition of the present rural public goods investment, further analyzes the problem of their priority order positively. The positive results show： There is considerable development in the rural public goods supplies in the recent years, but the constitutive property and the regional characteristic are insufficient. For future, the investment of agricultural water conservancy, facilities and roads should be given priority; then the health care and social security; the last are information services and cultural entertainments. But the further analysis shows that there are significant differences of the rural public goods investment in priority order in different regions, different terrain, different location and different income levels. Therefore, we suggest respecting the will of peasants fully, determining the correct rural public goods investment in priority order according to the actual situation in various locations, and then distinguishing between priorities, determining the scale of investment in the rural public goods reasonably and achieve effective supply.
