采用乙二胺为溶剂,硫粉为硫源,在高压反应釜中于200℃合成了纳米尺度的CuInS2-ZnS四元硫化物固溶体.对产物的晶相转变研究发现,ZnS中引入少量In^3+离子即可使ZnS由立方相转变为六方相,而且随着In^3+引入量的增加,ZnS的粒径逐渐减小.在可见光(λ〉420nm)照射下,对不同x值的(CuIn)xZn2(1-x)S2固溶体催化剂的光催化活性考察发现,(CuIn)0.09Zn1.82S2催化剂在含有S^2--SO3^2-牺牲试剂的水溶液中表现出最高的光催化分解水产氢活性.循环实验表明,该催化剂反应20h后光催化活性没有明显降低.
Nanocrystalline quarternary sulfide CulnS2-ZnS solid solution was prepared by a solvothermal route in an autoclave at 200 ℃ using ethylenediamine as the solvent and sulfur powder as the sulfur source. A trace amount of In^3 + incorporated into ZnS can induce the transformation of the ZnS phase from cubic to hexagonal. The particle size of In-ZnS decreases with increasing amount of In^3+ in ZnS. Among the (CuIn)xZn2(1-x)S2 solid solution, (CuIn)0.09Zn1.82S2 shows the highest photocatalytic H2 production rate from water with S^2- -SO3^2- sacrificial agents under visible light (λ 〉420 nm) irradiation. No obvious deactivation of the (Culn)0.09- Zn1.82S2 catalyst in pbotocatalytic H2 production was observed after reaction for 20 h.
