The Investigation of the economy, finance, trade, science and technology and other indicators of the main countries in the world shows that, in the next 10-15 years, China will rise from the global economy to the economic power,and the ability to contribute to global public goods and participate in global economic governance influence will be strengthened. According to the economic developments and global economic governance system adjustment, reform and realistic demand, China should be used as the international system within participants, builders and reformers identity, in accordance with the progressive, participate in cooperative mode and level of participation of domestic and foreign integrated into the global economic governance system. The goal is to construct a strategic framework of global economic governance in accordance with the comprehensive strength, power and responsibility under the basic symmetry, developing common interests and promoting their interests which enhance Chinese international image, ultimately promote the establishment of a new international economic order to be more justice and reasonable.
