轮胎动平衡测量系统通过检测轮胎的不平衡质量衡量其动平衡性能,但囿于测量结果精度不高以及可重复性差等限制。采用故障树分析、试验设计以及相关分析相结合的方法:首先,通过故障树初步识别系统的可控且敏感因素;其次,开展回归试验,并采集相关表征参数的实测数据;最后,通过相关分析辨识影响动平衡测量系统的显著敏感因素。在某案例中加以应用,确定端跳动量为主要的显著敏感因素,并发现部分零件加工和装配过程会对端跳动量产生影响。依据分析结果改进产品,再次进行分析,对敏感因素辨识取得成效。
The tire dynamic balance measurement system is used to measure the unbalance values of tire in order to measure the tire dynamic balance performance. Therefore, the issues on the low accuracy and poor repeatability of the unbalance values in the current dynamic balance measurement system cannot be ignored. For this purpose, the fault tree analysis, experimental design and correlation analysis are integrated to solve the issues above. Firstly, the fault tree analysis is used to identify the controllable and sensitive factors. Secondly, the regression test is carried out and the measured data of the relevant parameters of the sensitive factors from the result of fault tree analysis are collected. At last, the correlation analysis is used to identify the significantly sensitive factors of the dynamic balance measurement system. In the case study, the significantly sensitive factors are identified through the method above, and these factors are affected by the manufacturing and assembly process of some parts of the system through the analysis with relevant engineers. The system is improved according to the analysis result, and the correlation analysis is used again for the improved system. Through the comparison of the correlation results between the original system and the improved system, the accuracy of the correlation analysis is verified.
