冠心病的主要病机是本虚标实,临床以活血通脉为主要治疗方法,通过研究挖掘冠心病的易感体质,结合中医＂治未病＂思想对冠心病进行诊断和防治,有利于进一步提高冠心病的防治水平,以辨体质为特色、病证结合的三辨诊断模式对冠心病的诊断和治疗原则的确立有一定指导意义。通过对200例冠心病患者进行中医证候和体质学的分析,为构建＂辨体-辨病-辨证＂的冠心病诊断模式提供的临床依据。

英文摘要：

The main pathogenesis of coronary artery disease is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality. In clinic promoting blood flow and circulation is the chief healing method in treatment of it. We studied and re- searched the body co~astitution of the patients with coronary artery disease, and diagnosed and treated it with the ac- ademic thought of following the prognosis of a disease for prevention. This helped to improve the clinical curative effect on coronary artery disease. The system of the three differentiations （ differentiation of body constitution, differ- entiation of disease, and differentiation of syndrome）is the sublime summary in diagnosing and treating coronary ar- tery disease. 200 cases with coronary artery disease were analyzed with differentiation of body constitution and dif- ferentiation of syndrome, and this is the initial investigation for building up the system of diagnosis and treatment on coronary artery disease with the three differentiations.
