针对四川某难浸金精矿进行了固化焙烧一硫氰酸铵浸出的试验研究,并且利用了金精矿焙砂中的Fe2O3经酸分解后而产生的Fe3+作氧化剂,极大地减少了MnO2的用量。实验结果表明固硫率可达到92.0%,固砷率可达到93.8%,金浸出率为94%。本工艺具有设备简单、毒性小、环保、周期短、综合利用程度高等优点。
In this paper, the pretreatment and extraction of refractory gold ore containing high sulfur and arsenic by sulfur-and arsenic-fixing roasting and ammonium thioeyanate is studied. By utilizing the Fea+ decomposed from Fe2O3 in the Gold Concentrate Calcine as oxides, the amount of MnO2 is decreased dramatically. It is shown that the sulfur-fixing rate can reach 92%, arsenic-fixing rate can reach 93.8M, and the gold leaching rate is 94%. The process proposed here is simple, easy to operate, with low toxicity and short period, bears high comprehensive utilization.
