基于质量功能展开的农产品产地环境质量评价

农产品产地环境质量安全管理是农产品生产过程管理的基础和终端农产品消费安全的首要关口,是农产品质量安全监管最重要的环节和切入点。利用质量屋和质量功能展开提出农产品产地环境质量系统评价新方法,以农产品产地环境的水、土、气、农业投入品和农业生产技术等作为质量需求特性,建立农产品产地环境质量屋,分析农产品产地环境影响因子对农产品生产生态安全及农产品质量安全构成的威胁及隐患,解决存在产地环境因子交互作用时农产品产地环境质量评价难题。结合山东省蔬菜农产品示范基地观测数据的实证研究表明,基于质量功能展开的系统评价方法,由于同时考虑产地环境质量需求驱动和环境影响因子交互作用,对农产品产地环境质量评价结果更科学。

英文摘要:

The safety management for farmland environmental quality which is the most important linkand the starting point for agricultural products quality and safety supervision is the foundation ofmanagement for agricultural production process. It is also the important strategic pass for terminalconsumption safety of agricultural products. A new method for system evaluation of farmland environmentalquality is proposed based on house of quality and quality function deployment. farmland environmentalhouse of quality is built on quality requirement character of Farmland environment, such as water, soil, air,agricultural inputs and the technology on product and management. Threat and the existence of hiddendangers were analyzed for factors of farmland environment on the safety of ecological security and quality foragricultural production. It solved the difficulties on quality assessment when the factors of farmlandenvironment interact with each other. Empirical study was going on with the observation data of vegetabledemonstration bases in Shandong Province. The results indicated that the evaluation based on qualityfunction deployment was more scientific and accurate, because of considering the interaction on driving offarmland environmental quality and environmental factor as well.
