本文建立了多孔性固体与气体反应的流态化实验装置,进行烟气脱硫反应实验,以此分析反应过程中固体颗粒的孔隙结构变化,确定转化率等重要数据。实验表明,固体孔隙特性对反应过程起关键性作用。相同条件下,初始孔隙率越大,可使相同反应时间内达到的转化率越高,即初始孔隙率决定最终转化率,但是孔隙分布方式则影响反应过程特性,即具有相同初始孔隙率不同孔隙结构分布的固体反应物达到最终转化率的过程不同。
