The classification of Urticaceae is presented based on herbarium from Herbarium of Hanan Agricultural University （HEAC）, Herbarium of Northwest A＆F University （WUK） and National Herbarium of Botany, CAS （PE）, and field observations. One species and one variety are added to Flora of Henan, and taxonomy of some taxa is revised.
