运用社会网络这一理论视角,有助于深入探究在面临企业创立和国际市场扩张的双重困扰下,国际新创企业如何能够克服困难并实现动态成长的深层原因。基于此,关注于社会网络关系在中国国际新创企业生命周期不同阶段中的动态演化过程,同时结合新创企业国际化成长的阶段分类,以国内国际物流行业三家新创企业作为案例,通过跨案例研究的方法探讨了国际新创企业社会网络结构及社会网络关系各维度特性的演化趋势,并进一步从理论上解释了中国新创企业国际化过程中社会网络关系演化的动态成长特点。
Using social network theory, this paper contributes to explore the underlying reasons how the international new ventures (INVs) overcome difficulties and achieve dynamic growth in the face of the inception of enterprises and international market expansion. Based on this aim, this paper focuses on the dynamic evolution of the social network of INVs in China throughout their life cycle. Combined with new ventures international growth stage classification, we choose three new ventures in international logistics industry. Using cross-cases study method~ we explore the dynamics of social network structure of three INVs and the characteristics of the various dimensions of social networking evolution. We further explain the dynamic growth features of the Chinese INVs in the internationalization process.
