文章介绍了群体项目管理三维结构化体系,目的是解决传统管理方法应对大型复杂群体项目管理的缺陷与不足。该体系分别从项目对象维、工作逻辑维、管理组织维对项目重新审视。并据此构建了综合利用项目管理方法和工具的框架,分析了PBS、WBS及OBS之间的区别与联系。使用该模型降低了大型复杂群体项目管理难度。最后,给出了模型在中国2010年上海世博会工程建设中的具体应用实例。
This paper introduced a Three-dimensional Structuring System for group projects management, aiming to solve the defects of traditional project managerial methods. The system surveyed the projects from the perspective of project objectives-dimension, work logical - dimension and management organization-dimension. On that basis, this paper established a framework to make integrate use of project managemerial methods and tools, and analyzed the differences and relationships among Program Breakdown Structure ( PBS ) , Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS). Using this model managerial difficulties on large-scale complex projects can decrease greatly. Finally, a case study on the application of this model in Expo 2010 Shanghai China was put forward.
