天津于家堡综合交通枢纽贝壳形超大跨度单层网壳结构设计关键技术

天津于家堡综合交通枢纽站房屋盖采用单层网壳结构,其建筑外观为贝壳形,目前是国内跨度最大的单层网壳结构。焊接箱形杆件呈空间双螺旋交织布置,为非规则空间曲面造型。结合于家堡单层网壳结构,详细分析了其在跨度、建筑造型、网格形式、节点形式、杆件截面和内力、支座约束、施工方法等方面在工程上实现的诸多突破和创新,形成了独有的工程特点,诸如网格形状大小无一相同、一个节点一种构造、杆件同时承受轴力、双向弯矩、双向剪力以及扭矩的复杂内力、支座水平推力较大等。同时分析了这些突破和创新给网壳结构设计、施工等方面带来的一系列关键技术问题,并且针对这些关键技术问题提出了十字隔板焊接节点、双支座模型等解决措施,为大跨度、非规则单层网壳结构设计提供参考。

英文摘要:

The roof of Tianjin Yujiapu transport hub is single-layer reticulated shell structure, which has conch-shape architectural appearance. This structure is the largest span single-layer reticulated shell in China at present. The welded-box members distribute along two-way spatial spirals and its surface is irregular cure. Combining with the Yujiapu single-layer reticulated shell structure, such as its span and architectural shape, form of grids and joints, sections and internal forces of members, support restriction and construction method, many breakthroughs and innovations in the area of structure engineering were described in detail. And this project forms its own characteristics: shapes and dimensions of grids are different from each other; every joint has a different structure; each member bears complexly axial force, two-way shear forces, two-way moments and torsion at the same time; horizontal support reactions are great. Meanwhile, a series of key technology problems in structural design and construction that brought by these breakthroughs and innovations were put forward, and corresponding solution measures such as cruciform diaphragm welded joint and double-support model were proposed. The purpose is to provide a reference for the design of large span and irregular single-layer reticulated shell.
