文章采用两步固相反应法合成磷族氧化物超导体GdFePO.首先采用预熔技术制备GdFe-P系三元合金,GdFePO的超导性在约6.1K时可以观察的到,合成后进行退火处理,可以有效地降低位错密度,进而影响到超导转变.通过透射电子显微镜的分析可以揭示可调整的超导性能和GdFePO沿[0 0 1]方向的位错之间的关系.
Pnictide oxide superconductor GdFePO has been synthesized by a two‐step solid reaction method .Gd‐Fe‐P ternary alloy is firstly prepared using pre‐melting technology .T he superconductivity at a‐round 6 .1 K in GdFePO is observed .An annealing treatment done after synthesis could effectively reduce the dislocation density and furthermore affect the superconducting transition .Detailed evidences based on transmission electron microscopy analysis reveal the relationship between the adjustable superconducting properties and the dislocations along[001] orientation of GdFePO .
