为达到最大程度消纳风电的目的,提出在多时间尺度有功协调调度模式的基础上增加一级风电受限状态下的实时控制环节。在该环节中,提出了2种风电场受限容量的计算方法,以实时获知风电场的受限状态及受限容量;同时,对处于受限状态的风电场提出了相应的实时控制模型及风火电配对调节的实时控制算法。该环节能够在保证电网安全的前提下,最大程度地降低风电受限量。在吉林省的实际测试结果证明了该方法的有效性。
A practical active power real-time dispatching method, in which a real time control was added based on multi-time scale active power coordination dispatch, was proposed to reduce the curtailing amount of wind power. Two optional solutions to estimate curtailed wind power generation were proposed in this paper. And a wind-thermal power coordinated dispatch algorithm was developed to improve wind power generation with security constraints considered, which was based on the estimated results of curtailed wind power. The on-site tests in Jilin provincial power grid demonstrated the feasibility of the proposed method.
