建立了一维离心环境下电液伺服阀的运动部件和控制体的动力学模型,得出了电液伺服阀在一维离心环境下零偏值与离心加速度的关系表达式。一维离心环境下电液伺服阀零偏值与离心加速度呈线性关系,且零偏值和衔铁挡板组件质量及其力臂、主阀芯质量、喷嘴容腔内油液质量等因素有关。通过实例分析,得出了一维离心条件下零偏值的简化计算式。理论结果与实验结果一致。
Models and relationship between the zero deviation of electro--hydraulic servovalve and the centrifugal acceleration were discussed. The factors of the zero deviation of electro--hydraulic servovalve under one--dimensional centrifuge circumstance were analyzed by example calculations. The zero deviation of electro--hydraulic servovalve is proportional to the centrifugal acceleration. The experimental results agree well with the theoretical ones.
