研究了以过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂,线型低密度聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐的反应。采用正交实验方法考察了引发剂用量、单体浓度、反应时间及反应温度等对接枝反应的影响,优选出了接枝条件。将LLDPE-g-MAH作为一种增容剂加入到LLDPF/PA6共混体系中,考察了LLDPEVPA6共混体系中各相的相容性及共混物的力学性能。结果表明:LLDPE-g-MAH能有效地增强LLDPEVPA6共混体系两相界面的相互作用,改善LLDPE和PA6的相容性,为效果较好的增容剂。
With benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator, the graft polymerization of maleic anhydride (MAH) onto LLDPE was studied. The effects of the content of initiator, the concentration of LLDPE and MAH, the reaction time and temperature on the grafting rate were studied by means of orthogonal experiment, and the optimum conditions for the polymerization were obtained. The obtained LLDPE-g-MAH was utilized as compatibilizer of LLDPE/PA6 blends. The compatibility and mechanical propeties of the blends were investigated. The results showed the graft copolymer could obviously improve the compatibility of LLDPE/PA6 blend, being a good compatibilizer.
