本文以昭信集团在50多年中历经的5次转型升级事件为案例,采用认知地图技术,从注意力、认知内容、认知结构三个层面刻画了企业决策者在历次转型升级中的管理认知特征及其动态演化路径。研究发现:决策者的不同认知模式会导致传统制造企业转型升级的方向、深度、结果出现差异;推动转型升级的认知模式可归纳为方案搜寻型和战略引导型两类;前者遵循环境决定论逻辑,后者遵循自主探索逻辑;决策者的注意力、认知内容、认知结构等要素在不同模式下分别遵循一定的演化轨迹。研究结论有望为企业决策者检讨自身认知中潜在的问题、提高转型升级意识和实践绩效提供理论依据。
Through cognitive mapping technology, this paper conducted a longitudinal case study of the 5 transformation and upgrading events of Zhaoxin Group, a used-to-be traditional manufac- turing enterprise of more than 50 years' history, to depict the decision maker's management cognitive characteristics and their dynamic evolution path. The study found that: Different cognitive modes led to discrepancies in the direction, depth and outcome of transformation and upgrading decision maker's cognition mode can be classified into two types, namely, Solution-seeking Mode and Strategy-oriented Mode; the former can be considered environment determined, while the lat- er proactjvely explored ; attention focus, cognition content and structure of each mode are found following certain evolution path. The findings provide theoretical reference for decision makers to reflect on potential problems with their cognition and thus raise their consciousness of transformation and upgrading, and improve performance.
