目的：观察生精散治疗特发性弱精子症患者的疗效。方法：采用自身前后对照的方法,对山东中医药大学第二附属医院生殖医学科2011年3月～2011年11月96例特发性弱精子症病例,服用生精散（1袋,3次/d）治疗8周。以精子密度和a、b级精子及精子活动率（a＋b＋c）为指标,评价生精散的疗效。结果：服用生精散病例较治疗前精液量,精子浓度和a、b级精子及精子活动率（a＋b＋c）均显著升高（P〈0.05）。结论：生精散对特发性弱精子症有明显疗效,并未见不良反应。

英文摘要：

Objectives： To study the effect of Shengjingsan on the treatment of asthenozoospermia.Methods： From March to November in 2011,96 patients of asthenozoospermia were selected in the Department of Reproductive Medicine,the Second Affiliated Hospital,Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine to take Shengjingsan three times a day for eight weeks.Sperm density,the percent of sperm a,b level and the activity rates of sperm（a＋b＋c） were used as the indexes to evaluate the therapeutic efficiency of Shengjingshan.Results： All the observed indexes revealed significant improvement after the administration of Shengjingsan.Conclusion： Shengjingsan shows satisfactory effects on the treatment of asthenozoospermia and produces little side effects.
