设计合成了3个含有吡嗪基团的荧光探针分子和喹啉基团的荧光探针分子,其结构通过红外(FT-IR)、质谱(MS)、核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)进行表征,通过吸收光谱和荧光光谱研究了不同金属离子对目标探针分子的影响。结果表明:Cd^2+使401 nm处荧光蓝移了20 nm;Co^2+、Hg^2+、Pb^2+、Zn^2+使357 nm处荧光分别红移了20、50、1401、40 nm;Cd^2+、Hg^2+使349 nm处荧光分别红移了707、5 nm。
Three fluorescent probes molecules containing pyrazine and quinoline have been designed and then synthesized,the structure of which was characterized by FT-IR,1HNMR and ESI-MS methods.The effect of different metal ions on probes molecules was investigated by means of absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra.The results showed that the wavelength of 410 nm for fluorescence spectra blue-shifts of 20 nm in the present of Cd^2+;in addition,the wavelength of 357 nm for fluorescence spectra red-shifts of 20,50,140 and 140 nm respectively with the existence of Co^2+,Hg^2+,Pb^2+ and Zn^2+.However,the wavelength of 349 nm for fluorescence spectra red-shifts of 70 and 75 nm respectively corresponding to the existence of Cd2+and Hg^2+,respectively.
