英文摘要：

Objective： To analyze the overall operation status of traditional Chinese medicine Hospitals and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic services, discuss the influence of the new medical reform on reimbursement mechanism for traditional Chinese medicine characteristic services and make policy recommendations. Methods： Literature analysis, systematic analysis and sensitivity analysis. Results： The reimbursement level of government was low, the traditional Chinese medicine hospitals were hard to run; the add rate of Chinese herbal pieces was fairly high and it was urgent to charge pharmaceutical service fees rationally. Conclusion： It is suggested to measure the cost scientifically and confirm the add rate of Chinese herbal pieces reasonably; increase the reimbursement ways of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals; charge pharmaceutical service fees rationally which could he compensated properly by new rural cooperative medical system.
