首先应用四相模型法确定了棒状共晶体内的有效应力场和柔度增量张量的隐性表达式;然后利用Taylor展开得到共晶体弹性常数的解析表达式,共晶体为横观各向同性,有5个独立的弹性常数;最后将棒状共晶体看作具有随机方位的横观各向同性夹杂,将棒状共晶体边界处的基体颗粒看作球形的各向同性夹杂,对共晶复合陶瓷的刚度进行了预报。结果表明,共晶复合陶瓷的弹性模量和泊松比对纤维夹杂直径具有明显的尺度效应。
First,four-phase-model method was used to determine the equivalent stress field and recessive expression for flexibility increment tensor of eutectic ceramic rod.Then,an analytical solution for elastic constants of eutectic ceramic rod was gotten by using Taylor series expansion.The eutectic ceramic rod was transverse isotropy and has five independent elastic constants.Finally,assuming the eutectic ceramic rod and matrix particle as transverse isotropy inclusion and isotropy inclusion respectively,the stiffness of eutectic composite ceramics with eutectic interphase was predicted.The results show that the elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of eutectic composite ceramics with eutectic interphase are dependent on the diameter of fibers.
