采用卤钨灯模拟太阳光源,通过布置不同形式的灯阵,建立一种太阳模拟器测试系统。研究结果表明:模拟光源直射的情况下,灯阵的排列是影响辐射面辐射不均匀度的主要因素,文章所设计的A,B,C 3种形式灯阵的辐射强度为191~307 W/m2,辐射不均匀度分别为4.50%,4.79%,4.23%;模拟光源辐射强度的稳定性与受辐射时间呈正相关性;灯阵的中心点和边缘点处的辐射不稳定度分别为0.65%,0.88%,灯阵中心与边缘之间任意点的辐射不稳定度可达到1.02%,这符合太阳模拟器的相关要求。
A test system of simulated solar light is established by using halogen-tungsten as the light source and setting different lamp positions. Results show that main factor of the un-uniformity of radiation is the arrangement of lights. In this paper, the un-uniformity of radiation of A, B, C types of lamp arrays reaches 4.50%, 4.79%, 4.23%, respectively. Moreover, radiation intensity varies in a range of 191 ~307 W/m2. Time and radiation intensity are positive correlation, and the light source unsteadiness of the center and edge of arbitrary point is respectively 0.65% and 0.88%, the others of the arbitrary is 1.02%, which meets the requirements of the relevant solar simulator.
