Psoriasisis refractory and has high recurrence rate.It belongs to stubborn dermatitis in Traditional Chinese medicine.Learning syndrome differentiation,etiology and pathogenesis of psoriasis can help to find effective and safe treatments of Traditional Chinese medicine.Psoriasis is mostly treated from blood at present.But it has no good efficacy for the patient with repeated attacks and long disease course.So many medical practitioners are treating psoriasis from different angles such as the lung,deficiency syndrome,warming therapy,dispersion method and Xuan Fu（sweat pore） theory,which bring a new way to the treatment of psoriasis.
