采用交流阻抗谱检测掺加不同粉煤灰、矿粉的混凝土中钢筋的腐蚀电流密度,研究了在海水侵蚀条件下掺加不同掺合料混凝土试件钢筋的锈蚀情况,探讨了混凝土中钢筋处的温湿度变化以及钢筋种类对钢筋锈蚀的影响。结果表明:掺入粉煤灰和矿粉试件比未掺加掺合料的C30试件,更不易腐蚀,掺合料的加入改善了试件的抗渗透性能,对钢筋起到了保护作用,掺入30%的粉煤灰或30%矿粉比掺入15%的粉煤灰或15%矿粉抗渗透性能更好,同时掺入粉煤灰和矿粉的双掺试件FS相比未掺与单掺试件抗渗透效果更加明显,即耐腐蚀性能更强;随着干湿循环次数的增加,浸泡时湿度随之升高,之后达到100%平稳不变,浸泡时温度的变化由于受外界环境温度的变化影响无明显变化规律,烘干时湿度呈现先下降后上升的趋势,烘干时温度随着干湿循环次数的增加明显上升;相同的配合比,经过相同的腐蚀周期与环境,使用建筑螺纹钢的钢筋混凝土试件比使用建筑圆钢的钢筋混凝土试件腐蚀程度更低。
By alternating current impedance spectroscopy in the detection of concrete mixed with different fly ash and mineral powder reinforcement corrosion current density,the corrosion of reinforced concrete under the condition of seawater erosion was studied,the change of temperature and humidity in the concrete and the effect of the type of reinforcement on the corrosion of steel bar are discussed. The results show that the fly ash and slag samples than adding admixtures of C30 specimens, it is not easy to corrosion,the addition of composite materials can improve the anti permeability of the specimens, the steel bar has been protected.Mixed with 30% of fly ash or 30% of mineral powder the penetration resistance is better than 15% of fly ash or 15% of mineral powder, at the same time double mixing fly ash and slag specimen FS compared with undoped with single doped specimen penetration effect is more obvious, that is more resistant to corrosion.With the increase of the times of the dry wet cycling, immersion and humidity increased, reached 100% stable, soaking tempera- ture changes due to ambient temperature changes affect no significant changes in the law, drying humidity presents trend of decreased first and then increased, drying temperature with the increase of number of cycles increased significantly.The same ratio, after the same corro- sion cycle and environmental, the use of building steel reinforced concrete specimens of reinforced concrete buildings than steel specimens with lower corrosion degree.
