从系统角度对先导阀的动态响应进行研究,建立了基于AMESim软件的支架电液控制系统的仿真模型,通过对主阀的不同控制活塞直径的分析,得到先导阀的不同工作口压力、流量响应曲线。分析表明,负载的变化对先导阀的出口压力和流量影响较大,设计先导阀时,工作口压力的波动值应在一个较大的范围内综合考虑。
Dynamic response of pilot valve is developed by hydraulic system point of view. Simulation model of electro- hydraulic control system based on AMESim is established. And then flow- pressure characteristic curve of operation orifice of pilot valve is obtained by different control piston diameter change. Results show that load change has evident effect on pressure and flow rate of operation orifice of pilot valve, and pressure value of operation orifice should fluctuate in a biggish range as design pilot valve.
