随着汽车轻量化的要求,热轧高强钢不断地被应用到轮辋上,辊压工艺成为钢制轮辋的主要成形方法。本文以ABAQUS/Explicit有限元软件为平台,建立轮辋辊压成形过程的三维弹塑性有限元模型,并对轮辋辊压成形的全道次进行数值模拟。在轮辋辊压有限元模型中,以弹簧连接导向轮的方法实现对轮辋边缘的弹性接触,并重点研究边界条件设置对模拟结果的影响。研究表明,此方法模拟的厚度变化规律与试验结果相符合,表明本文建立的轮辋有限元模型是正确的。
With the demand of car lightweight, more and more high strength steel is being used in wheel rim, and rolling has been the main processing method of steel wheel rim. A 3D elastic-plasticity simulation model of wheel rim rolling (WRR) is established by the finite element code ABAQUS/Explicit, and the simulation of whole process of WRR is carried out. Using springs to connect the guiding wheels along the rim edge so as to achieve flexible contact and the effect of boundary conditions on simulation results is studied. The results indicated that the section thickness evolution rules are accorded with experiment values, which proves that the finite element models of WRR are valid.
