基于2011年在陕西省安康市所进行的移民搬迁和农户生计专项调查所获得的数据，采用二元Logistic回归方法，比较分析移民户的人力资本和社会资本在其社会适应方面的作用特征。研究发现：第一，对于全体移民而言，与社会资本相比，人力资本在移民社会适应中发挥着更为重要的作用。第二，随着搬迁时间的延长，影响移民社会适应的因素也在发生着变化。与人力资本相比，社会资本对三年及三年以下移民的社会适应水平发挥着更为重要的作用，并且主要是社会资本中的宏观社会资本在发挥着作用；与社会资本相比，人力资本对3年以上移民社会适应水平发挥着更为重要的作用。

英文摘要：

Based on 2011 survey data of migration and household livelihood in Ankang, Shaanxi province,we compare the effect characteristics of human capital and social capital on social adaption of the migrants by binary logistic regression methods. The results show that： the first, Human capital plays a more important role in social adaption of all the migrants comparing with social capital;the second, Compared with human capital, social capital plays a more important role in the social adaptation level of 3 years or less immigrants, and actually the macro social capital plays the most important role. Compared with social capital, human capital plays a more important role in the social adaptation level of 3 years immigrants.
